Bedworth United Supporters Organisation have added an auction of various items to the itinerary of the BUFC 40 Years United Fun Day on Sunday 10th August. The auction will take place in the early evening after the BUFC legends match.

The last BUSA auction raised over £1,000 for the club which has used to purchase new fencing for the pitch.

Lots will include:

  •  2 tickets to the opening day of the PDC World Darts Championship on Thursday 18th December,
  • 4 tickets to any Pro40 league game at Warwickshire County Cricket Club,
  • 2 tickets to Southwell Racecourse,
  • a family ticket for 2 adults and 2 kids at Twycross Zoo,
  • a free Snappy Tomato Beast Pizza at the Bedworth Branch,
  • a Barmy Army cricket book signed by their patron Matthew Hoggard,
  • a signed team photograph by England cricket team and staff from the 1st test versus India at Lords in 2007
  • a £25 voucher off a meal and drinks at the Harvester Yeoman in Nuneaton
The BUSA and BUFC would like to thank every business and organisation that have supported our event.

The latest BUFC legends to be confirmed as attending our event include former assistant manager Marcus Law, ex Coventry City and former Republic of Ireland international Jimmy Holmes, former Aston Villa & Coventry city player Andy Blair, current Sun newspaper columnist Ken Gibson, former Bedworth United and current Wycombe Wanderers secretary Keith Allen and ex manager Billy Hollywood.

The two squads will be finalised in the next few days and the BUSA are currently in the process of securing two team sponsors after Truframe Limited (Melton Mowbray based Double Glazing Production) agreed to become the main sponsor for the event.
