Interest in Eastwood Town is on the rise in the wake of the new signings, the club has announced.
Season ticket sales are set to break three figures for the first time in the clubs history, as the club aim to launch an all out offensive on the UniBond Premiership title.
With several big attendances anticipated against FC United, Boston United and the Derbyshire trio of Ilkeston, Buxton and Matlock, the club aim to average 350 + this season, which would be a remarkable achievement considering they were lucky to average around the 100 mark, prior to former Chairman Keith Smith's involvement 5 yrs ago.
In addition, the website reports that it had a record number of hits in July with in excess of 11,500 visitors logging onto the site for the latest information.
In the last year the club has seen the number of people using the website increase dramatically. The site has recorded 110,000 visitors over the past 12 months, compared with 155,000 over the previous five years. With a new, visually superior website on the horizon, and record viewing figures, the club are looking to explore more new commercial avenues.
