Alsager Town Lose Appeal (June 05, 2008)
Alsager Town have lost their appeal against the UniBond League`s decision to relegate the club from Division One South under Rule 2.4 on ground grading issues was dismissed.
The club had appealed on the grounds that the decision was one that no reasonable body could have come to and also on the grounds that the sanction imposed was too severe.
The tribunal upheld the leagues` decision on both counts. Click here to return to the News page
